S4 Classes and Training Sessions

Think of our S4 Trainer classes as Soulcycle for surfers. We use a lot of good music - we vary the workout tempo - and yet we mix High Intensity Interval Training with yoga and stretching exercises.

There's a lot of sweat in the 30/45/60 minute sessions - and you can definitely feel it when you're done.  But that kind of workout on dryland translates into being 100% ready next time you hit the water.

That's when you reap the rewards of your S4 workouts:

  • more strength for faster paddling -
  • more stamina for staying in the water for longer periods of time. 
  • Less risk of injuring muscles and joints and
  • new techniques for proper stretching
